The VALUE COLLECTION 204-2006 is an ER20 series collet sized at 0.0937 inches (3/32 inch) with a total indicated runout (TIR) of 0.0005 inches. ER collets are precision workholding devices used in collet chucks to grip cutting tools or workpieces during milling, drilling, and boring operations. The tight TIR tolerance on this collet supports accurate, repeatable tool positioning, which is critical for maintaining dimensional consistency in machined parts. This collet is designed for use in ER20-compatible collet chucks found on milling machines, machining centers, and CNC routers.
This collet fits standard ER20 collet chuck systems and is suited for light to medium machining applications in job shops, production environments, and toolroom settings. It accepts tooling or workpieces with a 0.0937 inch (3/32 inch) shank diameter. Machinists and CNC operators working with small-diameter end mills, drills, or reamers in that size range will find this collet a direct-fit solution for ER20 chuck bodies.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-fit collet for ER20-compatible collet chuck systems accepting 0.0937 inch shank tooling.
ER collets are installed and removed by machinists or CNC operators using an appropriate ER20 collet nut and spanner wrench — power to the machine spindle must be off and the spindle must be fully stopped before changing collets. Seat the collet into the collet nut before threading it onto the chuck body to avoid damaging the collet taper. Do not exceed the torque range recommended by the chuck manufacturer for the ER20 nut size.
