The VALUE COLLECTION 204-1104 is an ER11 series collet designed for use in CNC machining centers, milling machines, and precision routing applications. Sized at 0.062 inches (1/16 inch) bore diameter, this collet holds cutting tools and workpieces to a Total Indicator Runout (TIR) of 0.0005 inches, making it suitable for operations where close concentricity is required. The ER11 is one of the most widely used collet standards in light-duty precision machining. Machinists and toolroom technicians install and replace these collets as part of routine toolholding maintenance.
This ER11 collet is intended for use in ER11-compatible collet chucks and toolholders found in benchtop CNC routers, micro-machining spindles, and light milling setups. The 0.062-inch bore accommodates 1/16-inch shank cutting tools including end mills, drills, and engraving bits commonly used in precision metalworking, woodworking, and PCB routing. It is sold individually and is suitable for shops needing a single replacement or supplemental collet for an existing ER11 chuck system.
Designed for use with ER11-compatible collet chucks and toolholding systems accepting a 0.062-inch (1/16-inch) bore collet.
ER collets are installed and removed by toolroom technicians and machinists using an appropriate ER11 collet nut and spanner wrench. Always power down and lock out the spindle before changing collets. Ensure the collet, chuck bore, and tool shank are clean and free of chips or coolant residue before seating the collet to maintain rated TIR. Do not exceed the collet bore diameter when selecting tooling.
