The VALUE COLLECTION 2-L-6 is a No. 6 screw split lock washer manufactured from 316 stainless steel with a bright, uncoated finish. Split lock washers create tension under a fastener head or nut, resisting loosening caused by vibration or dynamic loads. This washer measures 0.141 to 0.148 inches inside diameter, 0.25 inches outside diameter, and 0.031 inches thick. The 316 stainless steel grade provides strong corrosion resistance in wet, chemical, and marine environments. Hardness is rated at 35 to 43 HRC. It conforms to ASME B18.21.1 and SAE J405 standards.
