The VALUE COLLECTION 191-732HC is a straight-pattern water supply stop valve built for residential and light commercial plumbing shut-off applications. The valve body is manufactured from brass with a chrome finish and features a CPVC 1/2 inch inlet connection paired with a 3/8 inch compression outlet. It is rated to a maximum working pressure of 125 psi. The chrome-finished handle provides a clean, corrosion-resistant appearance suitable for exposed under-sink installations. At 0.2 pounds, this compact valve measures 3.15 inches in length, 1.46 inches in height, and 1.1 inches in width, making it easy to fit in tight cabinet spaces. Licensed plumbers and experienced DIYers install this valve as a shut-off point between the water supply line and fixtures such as faucets, toilets, or supply tubes.
This stop valve is suited for any standard water supply shut-off application where a CPVC inlet connection is required. The straight configuration directs flow inline without a directional change, which fits most under-sink and in-wall rough-in scenarios. The 3/8 inch compression outlet accepts standard braided or corrugated supply lines commonly used with lavatory faucets, kitchen faucets, and toilet fill valves. The chrome body finish coordinates with standard chrome fixture trim in residential bathrooms and kitchens.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation stop valve for any water supply shut-off application requiring a CPVC 1/2 inch inlet and 3/8 inch compression outlet.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber or a qualified tradesperson in accordance with local plumbing codes and the IPC. Shut off the main water supply and relieve line pressure before removing any existing valve or making new connections. Ensure the CPVC pipe end is cut cleanly and deburred before seating into the inlet fitting. Do not overtighten the compression nut on the outlet, as brass compression fittings require only hand-tight plus a fraction of a turn to seal properly.
