The VALUE COLLECTION 183-6825 is a single-end corner rounding end mill designed to produce smooth, consistent radius profiles on workpiece edges. Built from M2 high speed steel and finished with a titanium nitride (TiN) coating, this tool delivers improved surface hardness and wear resistance compared to uncoated HSS tooling. It carries a 7/16 inch radius and a 1-3/8 inch mill diameter with 4 flutes, making it well suited for medium-to-heavy material removal in radius-profiling operations. A 3/4 inch shank diameter provides rigid coupling to standard end mill holders and collet chucks. Licensed machinists and toolroom operators are the primary users of this tool.
