The VALUE COLLECTION 183-6148 is a single-end corner rounding end mill designed to produce smooth, consistent radius profiles on workpiece edges. Built from M2 high speed steel and finished with a titanium nitride (TiN) coating, it delivers improved wear resistance and longer tool life compared to uncoated HSS tooling. The 4-flute, right-hand cutting geometry produces clean chip evacuation and a refined surface finish. With a 7/32-inch radius and a 7/8-inch mill diameter, this tool is sized for medium-scale profiling and edge-breaking operations across a range of ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
