It transitions from a 3/4-inch female thread on one end to a 1/4-inch female thread on the other, making it a common solution when stepping down pipe size along a run. Rated at 300 psi for liquid and gas service and 150 psi for steam, this Class 150 fitting carries a galvanized finish to resist corrosion. Installation Notes
