The VALUE COLLECTION 116AL35K03 is a liquid-filled analog pressure gauge designed for accurate pressure monitoring in demanding fluid and gas system applications. It features a 4-inch dial with a 0 to 3000 psi range and reads to 1% of scale accuracy. The case and all wetted parts — including the Bourdon tube — are constructed from stainless steel, making this gauge suitable for corrosive media and harsh environments. The glycerine and water liquid fill dampens pointer vibration and pulsation, extending gauge service life. Licensed plumbers, pipefitters, HVAC technicians, and industrial mechanics install this type of gauge on high-pressure lines and process systems.
This gauge is suited for residential and commercial plumbing, HVAC, hydraulic, and light industrial process applications where a reliable, corrosion-resistant pressure reading point is needed. The 1/4 inch NPT lower mount connection allows direct inline installation on pipe fittings, manifolds, and pressure test ports. The 4-inch dial diameter provides clear readability at typical service distances. Liquid fill makes it appropriate for high-vibration environments such as pump discharge lines and compressor outlets.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation pressure gauge for systems using standard 1/4 inch NPT lower-mount gauge ports operating at up to 3000 psi.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber, pipefitter, or qualified HVAC technician in accordance with applicable local codes. Isolate and depressurize the system completely before removing or installing any pressure gauge. Use thread sealant tape or paste rated for the working pressure and media on the NPT threads — do not over-tighten, as stainless fittings can gall. Verify the gauge pressure range does not exceed the system maximum operating pressure before returning the system to service.
