The VALUE COLLECTION 116AL20160 is an analog pressure gauge built for trade and industrial service applications where reliable, direct-read pressure measurement is required. The gauge features a 2-inch diameter dial with a 0 to 160 psi pressure range and connects via a 1/4-inch lower-mount NPT fitting. The stainless steel case and stainless steel wetted parts make it well suited for wet, corrosive, or demanding service environments. Liquid-filled with glycerine or water, the gauge dampens needle vibration and extends service life in high-pulsation systems. Accuracy is rated at 3-2-3 percent of scale across the full range.
This gauge is a standard fit for HVAC, plumbing, and light industrial piping systems where a compact, bottom-entry gauge is needed. The lower-mount NPT connection allows direct installation into tapped ports on manifolds, pumps, pressure vessels, filters, and piping assemblies. The 2-inch dial size is readable in tight equipment bays without requiring additional instrumentation. Licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and pipefitters commonly install this style of gauge during system commissioning, troubleshooting, or component replacement.
Designed as a standard OEM-style replacement or add-on gauge for residential and light commercial plumbing, HVAC, and fluid piping systems using 1/4-inch lower-mount NPT gauge ports.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber, HVAC technician, or pipefitter in accordance with applicable IPC and IFGC requirements. Depressurize and isolate the system completely before removing the existing gauge or making any threaded connections. Apply an appropriate thread sealant to the NPT threads prior to installation and hand-tighten before using a wrench to avoid overtorquing the gauge body. Do not exceed the rated maximum pressure of 160 psi during system operation or testing.
