The VALUE COLLECTION 116AB25K03 is a liquid-filled analog pressure gauge built for accurate readings in demanding fluid and gas system applications. The gauge features a 2.5-inch dial calibrated from 0 to 3000 psi, a stainless steel case, and fully stainless steel wetted parts for corrosion resistance. Glycerine-filled construction dampens pointer oscillation caused by pressure spikes and vibration, extending service life in high-cycle systems. Accuracy is rated at 3-2-3 percent of scale across the dial. The center back mount configuration and 1/4-inch NPT male connection make this gauge a straightforward drop-in for panel and manifold installations.
This gauge is suited for hydraulic systems, compressed air lines, water and steam service, and industrial process monitoring where a compact, corrosion-resistant instrument is required. The 2.5-inch dial size is commonly specified in residential and light commercial plumbing, HVAC refrigerant service panels, and pump skid assemblies. Center back mounting allows flush or panel-mount installation with clean front-face presentation. Licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and industrial mechanics routinely specify this configuration when replacing worn or damaged gauges in existing systems.
Designed as a direct-replacement analog pressure gauge for systems requiring a 1/4-inch NPT center back mount connection and a 2.5-inch dial in the 0 to 3000 psi range.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber, HVAC technician, or qualified mechanic. Depressurize and isolate the system completely before removing the existing gauge or threading the new one into the port. Apply an appropriate thread sealant or PTFE tape to the NPT threads — do not overtighten, as stainless fittings are susceptible to galling. Verify the pressure range of the gauge is compatible with the system's working and maximum pressure before returning the system to service.
