The VALUE COLLECTION 116AB20K03 is a liquid-filled analog pressure gauge designed for high-pressure measurement in industrial, mechanical, and trade service applications. The gauge features a 2-inch dial with a 0 to 3,000 psi range and connects via a 1/4-inch NPT center back mount fitting. The stainless steel case and stainless steel wetted parts make it resistant to corrosion and compatible with aggressive media. Glycerine and water fill dampens pointer vibration, improving readability in high-vibration environments. Accuracy is rated at plus or minus 3-2-3 percent of scale. HVAC techs, plumbers, and mechanical contractors use gauges in this class for system pressure testing, pump discharge monitoring, and compressed gas line verification.
This gauge suits residential and light commercial applications where a compact, rugged pressure-sensing instrument is needed at a fixed measurement point. The center back mount configuration allows direct panel or pipe installation without additional fittings in many standard setups. The 2-inch dial size is appropriate for close-range reading in tight equipment rooms or on manifold assemblies. The liquid-filled design is especially useful on reciprocating compressors, pumps, or hydraulic circuits where pulsation would otherwise cause excessive needle wear.
Designed as a general-purpose replacement or new-installation pressure gauge for systems using 1/4-inch NPT center back mount connections with a maximum operating pressure of 3,000 psi.
Installation should be performed by a qualified plumber, pipefitter, or mechanical technician familiar with the system being serviced. Always depressurize and isolate the line before installing or removing any pressure gauge. Apply appropriate thread sealant to the NPT threads in accordance with system fluid compatibility requirements. Do not exceed the rated maximum pressure of 3,000 psi, and verify the gauge range is appropriate for the expected working pressure of the system.
