The VALUE COLLECTION 115AL25K05 is a liquid-filled analog pressure gauge designed for monitoring high-pressure systems in industrial, mechanical, and trade service applications. The gauge features a 2.5-inch dial, a stainless steel case, and a glycerine-filled bourdon tube that dampens vibration and protects internal components from pressure spikes. The wetted parts are constructed from brass and stainless steel, making the gauge suitable for a broad range of compatible media. Accuracy is rated at plus or minus 3-2-3 percent of scale, meeting standard requirements for most commercial and light industrial pressure monitoring tasks. A licensed technician or qualified tradesperson should install and service this gauge.
This gauge is suited for lower-mount installations where the process connection enters from the bottom of the gauge body. The 0 to 5000 psi pressure range supports high-pressure hydraulic lines, pneumatic test rigs, pump discharge monitoring, and similar demanding applications. The glycerine fill stabilizes the pointer under pulsating or fluctuating pressure conditions, extending service life in environments with continuous system cycling. Its compact 2.5-inch dial provides clear readings in tight panel or manifold installations.
Designed as a standard lower-mount NPT analog pressure gauge suitable for high-pressure piping, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems requiring a 2.5-inch dial and 5000 psi range.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician following applicable local codes and system manufacturer guidelines. Depressurize and isolate the system completely before removing or installing any pressure gauge. Apply appropriate thread sealant to the NPT threads and tighten to the fitting without over-torquing the gauge body. Verify the gauge pressure range is compatible with the system's maximum working pressure before placing the system back in service.
