The VALUE COLLECTION 115AL25K03 is a liquid-filled analog pressure gauge designed for monitoring system pressure in industrial, mechanical, and trade applications. It features a 2.5-inch dial face, a 0 to 3,000 psi pressure range, and a stainless steel case with brass and stainless steel wetted parts. The glycerine and water fill dampens pointer vibration, improving readability on systems with pressure fluctuations. Accuracy is rated at plus or minus 3-2-3 percent of scale. The lower-mount, 1/4-inch NPT connection allows direct installation into threaded ports on pumps, compressors, hydraulic lines, and pressurized piping systems. Licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and mechanical contractors are the primary installers.
This gauge is suited for residential and light commercial applications where a compact, durable pressure-monitoring instrument is required. Typical install scenarios include water supply lines, compressed air systems, hydraulic equipment, and HVAC refrigerant or water loop monitoring where a 1/4-inch NPT lower-mount entry point is present. The stainless steel case and wetted parts provide resistance to corrosion in wet or chemically active environments. The glycerine fill makes this gauge appropriate for systems with pulsating or dynamic pressure conditions.
Designed as a direct-fit replacement or new-installation pressure gauge for any system with a 1/4-inch NPT lower-mount threaded port requiring coverage up to 3,000 psi.
Installation is typically performed by a licensed plumber, HVAC technician, or qualified mechanical contractor. Before installation, depressurize and isolate the system completely. Apply appropriate thread sealant to the NPT threads and hand-tighten before using a wrench to snug the fitting without over-torquing the gauge body. Verify the pressure range of the system does not exceed the 3,000 psi maximum rating of this gauge.
