The VALUE COLLECTION 115AL25600 is a liquid-filled analog pressure gauge designed for monitoring system pressure in plumbing, HVAC, and industrial piping applications. The gauge features a 2.5-inch dial with a 0 to 600 psi range and a lower-mount 1/4-inch NPT connection for straightforward inline or port installation. The stainless steel case provides corrosion resistance in wet or outdoor environments, while the glycerine fill dampens needle vibration and protects the Bourdon tube against pressure spikes. Accuracy is rated at plus or minus 3-2-3 percent of scale. Plumbers, HVAC technicians, and industrial service professionals are the primary installers of this type of gauge.
This gauge suits residential and light commercial service work where a reliable, glycerine-filled pressure indicator is needed on water lines, compressed air systems, hydraulic circuits, or HVAC hydronic loops. The lower-mount configuration positions the NPT connection at the base of the gauge, making it compatible with standard tee fittings, manifolds, and valve ports without offsetting the dial face. The brass wetted parts and bronze Bourdon tube are appropriate for use with water, air, and non-corrosive fluids.
Designed as a direct-mount replacement or service gauge for any system with a 1/4-inch NPT lower-mount port rated within the 0 to 600 psi operating range.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber or qualified technician following applicable IPC or local mechanical code requirements. Depressurize and isolate the system fully before removing any existing gauge or fitting. Apply thread sealant tape or compound to the NPT threads and tighten to hand-tight plus a controlled number of turns to avoid cracking the gauge body — do not use the dial as a wrench grip. Verify the pressure range of the gauge does not exceed the maximum system working pressure before placing the system back into service.
