The VALUE COLLECTION 115AL25300 is a liquid-filled analog pressure gauge designed for monitoring system pressure in a wide range of plumbing, HVAC, and industrial service applications. The gauge features a 2.5-inch dial with a 0 to 300 psi range and a 3-2-3% of scale accuracy rating. The stainless steel case and brass wetted parts provide durable, corrosion-resistant construction. Internal glycerine fill dampens needle vibration and reduces pointer wear in pulsating or fluctuating pressure systems. The lower-mount, 0.25-inch NPT connection allows direct inline or manifold installation. Licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and industrial mechanics routinely specify this type of gauge for system diagnostics and permanent pressure monitoring installations.
This pressure gauge is suited for residential and light commercial plumbing, hydronic heating systems, compressed air lines, and general fluid service where pressures do not exceed 300 psi. The glycerine-filled case makes it appropriate for environments with vibration or pressure pulsation, such as pump discharge lines or compressor outlets. The lower-mount NPT connection is compatible with standard threaded pipe fittings and manifold ports commonly found in these systems.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation pressure gauge for residential and commercial plumbing, HVAC hydronic, compressed air, and general fluid service systems using standard 0.25-inch NPT lower-mount connections.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber or qualified HVAC or mechanical technician. Isolate and depressurize the system fully before removing any existing gauge or installing this unit. Apply thread sealant tape or paste rated for the service fluid to the NPT threads before assembly. Do not overtighten the threaded connection, as this can damage the gauge body or the receiving port.
We pulled together the parts most installs need for this unit, plus a few add-ons worth a look. Check what you need — nothing here blocks checkout.
