The VALUE COLLECTION 115AL20K03 is a liquid-filled analog pressure gauge designed for continuous pressure monitoring in hydraulic, pneumatic, and fluid system applications. The gauge features a 2-inch dial face, a 0 to 3000 psi pressure range, and a 1/4-inch NPT lower-mount connection. The stainless steel case and stainless steel Bourdon tube provide corrosion resistance in demanding environments. Glycerine or water fill dampens pointer vibration and extends service life in high-cycle or pulsating systems. Accuracy is rated at plus or minus 3-2-3 percent of scale across the full range. Plumbers, pipefitters, HVAC technicians, and industrial service professionals install this gauge type in a wide range of pressure monitoring applications.
This gauge is suited for residential and light commercial installations where a compact, lower-mount gauge is required. The lower-mount NPT connection allows direct in-line mounting to a pipe, manifold, or test port. The 2-inch dial is appropriate for applications where panel space is limited. Brass and stainless steel wetted parts resist corrosion from water, oils, and mild chemicals commonly encountered in plumbing and HVAC systems. The liquid fill makes it especially practical in locations subject to vibration or pressure pulsation.
Designed as a standard replacement or new-installation pressure gauge for systems requiring a 1/4-inch NPT lower-mount connection and a 0 to 3000 psi range.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber, pipefitter, or qualified HVAC technician following applicable IPC and IFGC guidelines. Depressurize and isolate the system completely before removing an existing gauge or installing a new one. Apply thread sealant appropriate for the service fluid to the NPT threads before installation. Do not over-tighten the connection, as this can damage the brass wetted parts or the gauge body.
