The VALUE COLLECTION 115AB25100 is a liquid-filled analog pressure gauge designed for use in plumbing, HVAC, and industrial piping systems where accurate pressure monitoring is required. The gauge features a 2.5-inch diameter dial with a 0 to 100 psi range and a glycerine/water fill that dampens vibration and pulsation, protecting the movement and improving readability. The stainless steel case and brass wetted parts provide corrosion resistance suitable for moderate-duty service environments. Accuracy is rated at plus or minus 3-2-3 percent of scale. It connects via a 1/4-inch NPT center back mount fitting, making it compatible with standard threaded ports on manifolds, pumps, and pressure lines.
This gauge is suited for residential and light commercial applications including hydronic heating systems, domestic water supply lines, pump discharge monitoring, air compressor lines, and refrigeration or HVAC equipment where a panel-mount or inline pressure indication point is needed. The center back mount orientation allows for clean, flush installation in panels and brackets. The glycerine fill makes it appropriate for systems with moderate vibration or pulsation.
Designed as a standard replacement or new-installation pressure gauge for systems with 1/4-inch NPT back-mount pressure ports, including hydronic, plumbing, HVAC, and light industrial piping applications.
Installation is typically performed by a licensed plumber, HVAC technician, or pipefitter. Isolate and depressurize the line before removing or installing the gauge. Apply thread sealant tape or compound rated for the service fluid to the NPT threads before hand-tightening, then snug with a wrench — avoid overtightening, which can crack the gauge socket or distort the case. Verify the pressure range of the gauge matches the system's maximum working pressure before placing the system back in service.
