The VALUE COLLECTION 115AB20K03 is a liquid-filled analog pressure gauge designed for monitoring system pressure in hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, and industrial fluid applications. The gauge features a 2-inch dial with a 0 to 3000 psi range and a glycerine fill that dampens needle oscillation in pulsating or vibrating systems. Wetted parts are constructed from brass and stainless steel, and the case is stainless steel throughout. Accuracy is rated at plus or minus 3-2-3 percent of scale across the measurement range. A 1/4 inch NPT center back mount connection allows straightforward panel or inline installation.
This gauge suits residential and light commercial service work where reliable pressure monitoring is needed on water, oil, air, or compatible fluid lines. The center back mount configuration is commonly used when the gauge face must sit flush against a panel or bracket. Glycerine fill makes this unit appropriate for environments with vibration or pressure spikes that would cause an unfilled gauge to read erratically. Plumbers, HVAC technicians, and industrial maintenance crews will find this gauge suited to a wide range of pressure-monitoring tasks within its rated range.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or add-on gauge for systems requiring a 1/4 inch NPT center back mount analog pressure gauge rated to 3000 psi.
Installation is typically performed by a licensed plumber, HVAC technician, or qualified industrial maintenance technician. Shut off system pressure and bleed the line to zero before removing or installing any pressure gauge. Apply thread sealant or PTFE tape to the NPT threads in accordance with applicable plumbing codes; do not overtighten, as this can crack the brass fitting. Verify that the system fluid is compatible with brass and stainless steel wetted parts before placing the gauge in service.
