The VALUE COLLECTION 115AB15200 is a liquid-filled analog pressure gauge designed for use in plumbing, HVAC, and light industrial systems where reliable pressure readings are critical. The gauge features a 1.5-inch diameter dial and reads from 0 to 200 psi, with an accuracy rating of plus or minus 3-2-3 percent of scale. It mounts via a 1/8-inch NPT center back connection, making it compatible with standard instrument ports and manifolds. The stainless steel case resists corrosion and provides durability in wet or outdoor environments. Brass wetted parts and a bronze Bourdon tube handle the media contact. The glycerine or water liquid fill dampens needle movement, improving readability on systems with pressure fluctuations or vibration.
This gauge is suited for residential and light commercial applications including refrigeration lines, air compressors, water supply systems, hydronic heating circuits, and other fluid or gas systems requiring a compact, back-mounted pressure indicator. Its small dial diameter makes it appropriate for tight spaces where larger gauges will not fit. Licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and general mechanical contractors are the typical installers for this type of instrument.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or add-on pressure gauge for systems with a 1/8-inch NPT center back instrument port, including plumbing, HVAC, and light industrial fluid or gas circuits rated within the 0 to 200 psi range.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber or qualified mechanical technician. Shut off and depressurize the system completely before removing or installing the gauge. Use an appropriate thread sealant or PTFE tape on the NPT threads and tighten to hand-tight plus a quarter to half turn with a wrench, avoiding over-torquing which can crack the gauge body or fittings. Verify the system pressure does not exceed the 200 psi maximum rated range of this gauge during operation.
