The VALUE COLLECTION 115AB15030 is a liquid-filled analog pressure gauge designed for monitoring low-pressure systems in plumbing, HVAC, and light industrial applications. It features a 1.5-inch stainless steel case dial, a glycerine- and water-filled chamber for vibration dampening, and a bronze Bourdon tube connected through a 1/8-inch NPT center back mount. The gauge reads from 0 to 30 psi with an accuracy of plus or minus 3-2-3 percent of scale, making it suitable for precise pressure monitoring in demanding field conditions. Wetted parts are brass, providing reliable corrosion resistance in standard water and gas service lines. Weighing 0.2 pounds, it is compact and easy to handle on the job.
This gauge is well suited for residential and light commercial plumbing, HVAC hydronic systems, compressed air lines, and pump discharge monitoring. The center back mount configuration allows direct panel or pipe installation where the gauge face needs to be flush or recessed into an enclosure. The liquid-filled construction reduces needle flutter in high-vibration environments such as near pumps or compressors, making readings easier to take at a glance. Licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and pipefitters will find this gauge appropriate for a wide range of low-pressure measurement tasks.
Designed as a standard replacement or new-installation pressure gauge for any system using a 1/8-inch NPT center back mount connection with a maximum operating pressure of 30 psi.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber or qualified HVAC technician. Shut off system pressure and relieve all pressure from the line before removing an existing gauge or installing this unit. Apply an appropriate thread sealant or PTFE tape to the NPT threads before installation, and do not overtighten, as this can crack the gauge body or distort the Bourdon tube. Verify that the system operating pressure does not exceed the 30 psi rated maximum of this gauge.
