The VALUE COLLECTION 112125 is a mounted flap wheel designed for precision surface finishing, deburring, and blending on metal and other hard materials. Built with aluminum oxide abrasive on a cloth backing, this wheel delivers consistent stock removal at medium grade (80 grit). The shank mount design allows direct use in die grinders, rotary tools, and drill presses without additional adapters. At 0.75 inches in diameter and a 5/8-inch face width, it reaches tight bores, slots, and contoured surfaces where larger wheels cannot. Rated to 35,000 RPM, it is suited for high-speed rotary applications in fabrication, maintenance, and toolroom environments.
This mounted flap wheel is intended for use in metalworking, fabrication shops, and maintenance operations requiring controlled surface conditioning in confined areas. The 1/8-inch shank fits standard collets found on most die grinders and rotary tools. Typical applications include deburring drilled holes, blending weld seams in tight geometries, and finishing internal bores on machined components. It is most commonly used by machinists, pipefitters, millwrights, and general maintenance technicians working on ferrous and non-ferrous metal workpieces.
Designed for use with die grinders, rotary tools, and drill presses equipped with a 1/8-inch collet or chuck. Suitable for ferrous and non-ferrous metal finishing applications requiring a mounted shank-style flap wheel.
Installation and use should be performed by a qualified machinist or trained technician familiar with rotary abrasive tooling. Before mounting, confirm the tool spindle speed does not exceed the 35,000 RPM rating marked on this wheel. Secure the shank fully into the collet and tighten according to the tool manufacturer specifications before operating. Always wear appropriate PPE including eye protection and ensure the workpiece is properly secured before applying the wheel.
