The VALUE COLLECTION 111CL25060 is an analog pressure gauge designed for general-purpose fluid system monitoring in plumbing, HVAC, and industrial service applications. It features a 2.5-inch dial with a 0 to 60 psi range and a 1/4-inch NPT lower-mount connection, making it a standard drop-in choice for a wide range of service panel, pump, and line-pressure measurement points. The Bourdon tube is bronze construction, wetted parts are brass, and the case is ABS plastic. Accuracy is rated at plus or minus 3-2-3 percent of scale across the full range. At 0.2 pounds, this gauge is compact and lightweight for tight installation spaces.
This gauge is suited for residential and light commercial installations where a dry, non-filled analog gauge is appropriate. Typical applications include monitoring supply line pressure, pump discharge pressure, filter inlet and outlet pressure, and low-pressure air or gas service within the gauge's rated range. The lower-mount NPT connection allows direct in-line or manifold installation. Plumbers, HVAC technicians, and general service contractors commonly use this gauge for system diagnostics, commissioning checks, and permanent panel-mount monitoring.
Designed as a general-purpose replacement or new-installation analog pressure gauge for systems with 1/4-inch NPT lower-mount connections and operating pressures up to 60 psi.
A licensed plumber or qualified HVAC technician should install or replace pressure gauges on pressurized systems. Isolate and depressurize the line before removing an existing gauge or threading in a new one. Apply thread sealant tape or compound to the NPT threads per applicable IPC or IFGC guidelines. This is a dry gauge and is not recommended for high-vibration or pulsating-pressure service where a liquid-filled gauge would be more appropriate.
