The VALUE COLLECTION 111CL25015 is a 2.5-inch dial analog pressure gauge designed for monitoring system pressure in plumbing, HVAC, and light industrial applications. It reads from 0 to 15 psi with an accuracy rating of plus or minus 3-2-3 percent of scale, making it suitable for low-pressure lines where reliable readings matter. The gauge features a lower mount configuration with a 0.25-inch NPT threaded connection and is not liquid filled. The ABS case houses brass wetted parts and a bronze Bourdon tube, providing solid corrosion resistance for water-service and air-service installations. Licensed tradespeople and facilities maintenance technicians are the primary installers.
This gauge fits residential and light commercial applications including domestic water supply lines, compressed air circuits, boiler supply monitoring, and HVAC hydronic systems operating at low pressure. The 2.5-inch dial face provides a readable display in tight panel or pipe-mount installations. The lower-mount NPT connection makes it compatible with standard tee fittings and gauge ports found throughout plumbing and mechanical systems. Its compact footprint suits installations where panel space or clearance is limited.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation gauge for low-pressure plumbing, HVAC hydronic, and compressed air systems using standard 0.25-inch NPT gauge ports.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber or qualified mechanical technician. Isolate and depressurize the line completely before removing or installing any pressure gauge. Apply an appropriate thread sealant or PTFE tape to the NPT threads before making up the connection; do not overtighten, as ABS cases can crack under excess torque. Follow applicable IPC and local mechanical code requirements for gauge installation and pressure-testing procedures.
