The VALUE COLLECTION 111CL20100 is a 2-inch analog pressure gauge rated for 0 to 100 psi service. It features a lower-mount 1/4-inch NPT connection and an ABS case with brass wetted parts and a bronze Bourdon tube. The gauge reads pressure mechanically with no liquid fill, making it a straightforward solution for monitoring line pressure in plumbing, HVAC, and general mechanical systems. Accuracy is rated at plus or minus 3-2-3 percent of scale, meeting standard grade-B industrial gauge tolerances. Plumbers, HVAC technicians, and mechanical contractors install this type of gauge on pipe lines, equipment manifolds, and test setups where a compact, low-cost pressure indicator is needed.
This gauge is suited for residential and light commercial applications where a small-dial, dry-fill pressure gauge is appropriate. Common install points include supply lines, pump outlets, filter housings, compressed air drops, and pressure test rigs. The 1/4-inch NPT lower-mount connection is one of the most common gauge port sizes in the trade, making this a widely compatible fit for standard gauge ports on valves, tees, and equipment taps. The 2-inch dial is readable at close range in tight mechanical spaces.
Designed as a standard-fitment replacement or new-installation pressure gauge for any system with a 1/4-inch NPT gauge port rated within the 0 to 100 psi range.
Installation is performed by licensed plumbers or qualified HVAC and mechanical technicians. Shut off and depressurize the system completely before removing or installing any pressure gauge. Apply thread sealant tape or pipe compound to the NPT threads per IPC and IFGC guidelines; do not overtighten, as ABS gauge cases can crack if pipe wrenches are applied to the case body rather than the hex fitting. Verify the line pressure does not exceed the 100 psi maximum rating before putting the gauge into service.
