The VALUE COLLECTION 111CL15015 is a 1-1/2 inch dial analog pressure gauge rated for 0 to 15 psi service. It features a lower-mount, 1/8 inch NPT connection and a bronze Bourdon tube as the primary sensing element. The ABS plastic case and brass wetted parts make this gauge suitable for general-purpose pressure monitoring on low-pressure systems in plumbing, HVAC, and light industrial applications. Accuracy is rated at plus or minus 3-2-3 percent of scale. This is a dry gauge — not liquid filled — with a black dial face for easy reading in field conditions. Licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and maintenance trades use this style of gauge for system checkout and process monitoring.
This gauge is well suited for residential and light commercial applications where a compact, low-profile pressure indicator is needed on water, air, or gas service lines operating at or below 15 psi. The 1-1/2 inch dial diameter fits in tight spaces where larger gauges are impractical. Lower-mount configuration places the process connection at the bottom of the case, which is standard for panel or manifold installations where the connection feeds vertically into the gauge body. It is commonly installed on small boilers, water supply lines, pneumatic test equipment, and low-pressure distribution manifolds.
Designed as a general-purpose replacement or addition for low-pressure monitoring applications requiring a 1/8 inch NPT lower-mount connection and a 0 to 15 psi range.
Plumbers and HVAC technicians should depressurize and isolate the system before installing or replacing a pressure gauge. Use thread sealant tape rated for the service fluid on the 1/8 inch NPT threads — do not over-tighten, as ABS gauge bodies can crack under excessive torque. Verify that system operating pressure does not exceed the rated maximum of 15 psi. Follow applicable IPC or IFGC guidelines for gauge placement on pressure systems.
