The VALUE COLLECTION 111CB20060 is an analog pressure gauge designed for monitoring system pressure in plumbing, HVAC, and light industrial applications. It features a 2-inch dial with a 0 to 60 psi range, a 1/4-inch NPT center back mount connection, and an ABS case with brass wetted parts and a bronze Bourdon tube. The dry, non-liquid-filled design keeps the instrument lightweight at 0.15 pounds. Accuracy is rated at plus or minus 3-2-3 percent of scale, which follows the standard ASME B40.100 graduated-zone tolerance used across analog Bourdon tube gauges. Licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and pipefitters use this gauge for pressure monitoring on low-pressure lines and equipment panels.
This gauge is suited for residential and light commercial installations where a compact, low-cost analog readout is needed. The 2-inch dial diameter and center back mount make it a common fit for manifolds, pump panels, filter housings, and small compressor assemblies. The 1/4-inch NPT thread is a standard connection size found across a wide range of plumbing and HVAC fittings. The black dial face provides clear readability in typical service conditions.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation gauge for plumbing, HVAC, and light industrial systems using standard 1/4-inch NPT center back mount connections with a maximum working pressure of 60 psi.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber or qualified HVAC technician in accordance with applicable local codes and ASME B40.100 guidelines. Shut off and depressurize the system completely before removing or installing any pressure gauge. Apply thread sealant or PTFE tape to the NPT threads and hand-tighten before using a wrench to avoid overtightening the ABS case. This gauge is not rated for liquid-filled service or high-vibration environments where a glycerin-filled gauge would be more appropriate.
