The VALUE COLLECTION 111CB20030 is a 2-inch analog pressure gauge designed for low-pressure measurement applications in plumbing, HVAC, and general mechanical systems. It reads from 0 to 30 psi with a 3-2-3% of scale accuracy rating, meaning accuracy is plus or minus 3% at the low and high ends of the range and plus or minus 2% in the middle third. The ABS case houses a bronze Bourdon tube, and all wetted parts are brass. The gauge mounts via a 1/4-inch NPT center back connection, making it compatible with common pipe fittings found in residential and light commercial installations. Dry (non-liquid-filled) construction keeps the design straightforward and cost-effective for standard static pressure readings.
This gauge is suited for residential and light commercial plumbing, hydronic heating systems, compressed air lines, and general HVAC service points where low-range pressure monitoring is required. The 2-inch dial face provides a readable display in tight panel or pipe-mount installations. The center back mount orientation positions the gauge flush against a wall, panel, or manifold without requiring an offset fitting. Licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and mechanical contractors commonly use gauges of this type during system commissioning, leak testing, and routine pressure verification work.
Designed as a standard replacement or add-on pressure gauge for residential and light commercial plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems using 1/4-inch NPT center back mount connections rated at 30 psi or below.
Installation is typically performed by a licensed plumber or HVAC technician. Shut down the system and relieve all pressure from the line before removing an existing gauge or installing this one. Use appropriate thread sealant or PTFE tape on the NPT threads per standard plumbing practice, and tighten by wrench on the hex body only — do not use the dial or case for leverage. Verify that system operating pressure does not exceed the 30 psi maximum rated range of this gauge.
