The VALUE COLLECTION 111CB15015 is a 1.5-inch dial analog pressure gauge designed for low-pressure fluid and gas monitoring in residential and light commercial plumbing, HVAC, and industrial service applications. The gauge reads 0 to 15 psi through a bronze Bourdon tube mechanism and displays readings on a black analog dial with a 3-2-3% of scale accuracy rating. The ABS plastic case protects the internals in standard service environments, while the brass wetted parts provide corrosion resistance in contact with common system media. Connection is made via a 1/8-inch NPT center back mount fitting. At 0.1 pounds, the unit is compact and lightweight for tight-space installations.
This gauge is suited for low-pressure monitoring points in residential plumbing systems, HVAC equipment panels, compressor lines, and similar applications where a 15 psi range is appropriate. The center back mount configuration positions the dial face forward when threaded into a panel or tee fitting from behind, making it a practical choice for panel-mounted instrumentation and equipment gauge ports. It is not liquid-filled, making it best suited for environments with minimal vibration.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or service gauge for low-pressure plumbing, HVAC, and light industrial systems requiring a 1/8-inch NPT center back mount connection and a 15 psi measurement range.
Installation is typically performed by a licensed plumber, HVAC technician, or qualified service professional. Shut off system pressure and depressurize the line fully before removing or installing any pressure gauge. Apply thread sealant tape or paste to the NPT threads per standard practice and IPC guidelines — do not overtighten, as ABS case components can crack under excessive torque. Verify the gauge range is appropriate for the system operating pressure before placing the system back in service.
