The VALUE COLLECTION 03537024 is a single-point Cincinnati-type diamond dresser used to true and dress abrasive grinding wheels. The tool features a 1/2-carat diamond mounted in a 5/8-inch diameter head and is designed to restore wheel geometry and surface condition during routine grinding operations. The 7/16-inch diameter shank and 2-inch shank length provide secure seating in standard dresser holders. This dresser is installed and operated by machinists, tool and die makers, and grinding machine technicians working in metalworking and precision grinding environments.
This diamond dresser is suited for use on surface grinders, cylindrical grinders, and bench grinders in job shop, production, and maintenance grinding applications. The Cincinnati point style makes it appropriate for general-purpose wheel dressing where a single-point contact geometry is required. It is commonly used to dress aluminum oxide and silicon carbide grinding wheels across a range of grit sizes in both manual and CNC grinding setups.
Designed as a standard single-point diamond dresser for use with conventional abrasive grinding wheels on surface, cylindrical, and bench grinding machines equipped with a compatible dresser holder accepting a 7/16-inch shank.
Diamond dressers are installed by qualified machine operators or maintenance technicians. Power down and lock out the grinding machine before mounting or removing the dresser from its holder. Secure the shank firmly in the dresser holder to prevent movement during operation. Always follow the machine manufacturer's guidelines and applicable shop safety procedures when performing wheel dressing operations.
