The UTILM 30-1030 is a high-temperature, non-asbestos refractory cement formulated for setting, sealing, and cementing furnaces, boilers, stoves, flue collars, and combustion chamber assemblies. Manufactured by Utility Manufacturing under the DO-ALL+PLUS formulation, this air-drying cement maintains its bond without shrinkage, cracking, or sagging under sustained heat exposure up to 3000 degrees F (1649 degrees C). It is designed for use by HVAC technicians, plumbers, and heating system installers who require a dependable refractory compound for high-heat sealing applications across residential, commercial, and industrial systems.
This cement is suited for a wide range of heating system service and installation tasks. Typical applications include sealing flue collar joints, patching combustion chamber liners, setting firebrick, and sealing gaps around heat exchangers or boiler sections. The air-drying cure process makes it practical for field repairs where kiln firing is not possible. It is equally appropriate for new installations and for maintenance repairs on existing heating equipment in both residential and light commercial environments.
Designed as an OEM-style refractory cement for use with residential and commercial gas furnaces, oil furnaces, boilers, wood stoves, and other high-temperature heating appliances requiring a non-asbestos sealing compound.
Installation should be performed by a qualified HVAC technician or heating system professional. Always shut down and allow the heating appliance to cool completely before applying refractory cement. Surfaces should be clean, dry, and free of loose material prior to application. Allow the cement to fully air-dry before returning the system to service, and follow all applicable local codes including IFGC requirements for combustion system repairs.
