The USA INDUSTRIALS ZUSAVSQ70014 is a square cross-section O-ring manufactured from Viton (FKM) elastomer. It features a 0.489-inch inside diameter, 0.629-inch outside diameter, and a 0.070-inch thickness. The square cross-section profile provides a larger sealing contact surface compared to standard round cross-section O-rings, reducing the risk of rolling or twisting during installation. Shore hardness is rated at 75A. Rated for service from -15 degrees F to 400 degrees F, this O-ring is well-suited for high-temperature and chemically aggressive environments. Licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and industrial maintenance professionals install this part in fluid and gas sealing applications.
This O-ring is used in static and low-motion sealing applications across HVAC, plumbing, pool and spa equipment, and industrial fluid systems. Viton construction makes it appropriate for service with oils, fuels, hydraulic fluids, and a wide range of chemical media. The square cross-section design is commonly specified in groove applications where standard round O-rings may not maintain position. Sold in a package quantity of 25 units.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or service seal for static and low-motion groove applications requiring a Dash 014 square cross-section O-ring in Viton material.
Installation should be performed by a licensed technician or qualified maintenance professional. De-energize and depressurize the system fully before removing the existing seal. Lubricate the O-ring with a compatible lubricant prior to seating to prevent pinching or cutting during assembly. Inspect the groove and mating surfaces for damage or debris before installing the new ring.
