The USA INDUSTRIALS BULK-RS-SBR75-11 is a styrene butadiene rubber (SBR) sheet roll supplied in stock lengths at 36 inches wide. With a Shore A durometer rating of 70 to 80, this roll delivers firm, resilient performance suited to gasketing, sealing, lining, and vibration-dampening applications across industrial and mechanical trades. The SBR compound handles a service temperature range of -20 degrees F to 170 degrees F and carries a tensile strength of 800 psi, making it a practical general-purpose elastomer for moderate-duty service conditions. Supplied in black, this material cuts and fabricates readily with standard shop tools.
This SBR sheet roll is used across a wide range of industrial, mechanical, and facility-maintenance applications where a cost-effective, moderate-hardness rubber sheet is needed. Typical uses include custom gasket fabrication, equipment padding, conveyor skirting, tank and bin liners, and anti-vibration pads. The 36-inch width accommodates most standard bench and press cutting setups. It is commonly specified by maintenance mechanics, pipefitters, millwrights, and industrial supply professionals working in manufacturing, water treatment, and general plant environments.
Designed as a general-purpose SBR rubber sheet material for custom gasket fabrication, lining, padding, and sealing applications across industrial and mechanical service environments.
Cutting should be performed by a qualified mechanic or fabricator using a sharp utility knife, die cutter, or press knife guided by a straightedge. Ensure all mating surfaces are clean and free of oil, debris, and old gasket material before applying cut pieces. SBR rubber is not recommended for service with petroleum-based fluids, ozone-heavy environments, or applications exceeding the rated temperature limits. Consult applicable facility or equipment maintenance standards before placing material in pressurized service.
