The USA INDUSTRIALS BULK-RS-E60-256 is a stock-length EPDM rubber sheet roll used for gasketing, sealing, and general fabrication work across HVAC, plumbing, industrial, and mechanical applications. The roll measures 36 inches wide and carries a Shore A durometer rating of 50 to 60, placing it in the medium-firmness range suitable for cut-to-size gaskets, vibration pads, and weather seals. With a tensile strength of 1000 psi and a service temperature range of -40 degrees F to 240 degrees F, this material handles demanding thermal cycling without cracking or hardening. It weighs 11.8 pounds per roll.
This EPDM sheet roll is suited for residential and commercial installations where outdoor weathering, ozone exposure, steam, and water resistance are required. HVAC technicians use EPDM sheet stock to fabricate custom gaskets for air handlers, duct flanges, and equipment curbs. Plumbers and pipefitters cut it for flange gaskets and pipe penetration seals. The black color is standard for EPDM compounds. Stock-length format allows on-site cutting to the required dimensions without special tooling beyond a straightedge and sharp utility knife.
Designed as a general-purpose EPDM sheet stock for use in HVAC, plumbing, and industrial sealing and gasketing applications where medium-durometer rubber material is required.
Cutting and fabrication should be performed with a sharp utility knife or die-cutting tools on a clean, flat surface. Confirm the selected thickness and durometer are appropriate for the specific compression load and mating flange surfaces before cutting. When used in pressurized piping or mechanical systems, verify compatibility with the system media and refer to applicable codes such as the IPC or IFGC before installation. No adhesive bonding is required for compression gasket applications, but contact cement may be used for laminated or framed seal assemblies.
