The USA INDUSTRIALS BULK-PS-PTFE-1048 is a virgin polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) bar stock cut to a rectangular profile measuring 0.625 inches thick, 4 inches wide, and 12 inches long. Virgin-grade PTFE contains no recycled content, which maintains consistent dielectric properties, chemical resistance, and low friction characteristics throughout the material. This bar is suitable for machining into custom seals, gaskets, bushings, slide pads, valve seats, and other precision components. Plumbers, pipefitters, mechanical contractors, and industrial fabricators commonly use PTFE bar stock when off-the-shelf seal or gasket profiles are unavailable and a custom-machined part is required.
