Product Description

The US MOTORS 6630ts is a single-phase, variable-speed ECM blower motor designed as a direct drop-in replacement for OEM constant torque ECM motors, including X13 and SelecTech units. Rated at 3/4 HP, 115 volts, and 1050 RPM, it uses brushless permanent magnet technology to deliver smooth, quiet operation across all speed stages. The fully potted electronic module provides moisture protection, and the motor includes 6000-volt surge protection. A 48Y frame with an open air over enclosure makes it a fit for residential air handlers and fan coil applications where the OEM motor has failed or degraded.

This motor is intended for residential HVAC systems where the original constant torque ECM motor requires replacement. It ships pre-programmed with standard torque values, reducing commissioning time on the jobsite. Torque values can be reprogrammed to closely match OEM performance if the application calls for it. The motor uses the existing equipment wiring connections for installation and is compatible with OEM belly band mounting systems. Additional kits are available separately for flex and rigid mounting configurations where belly band mounting is not an option.
