The UPONOR LF4705050 is a lead-free brass tee fitting designed for use with ProPEX expansion-style PEX tubing systems. This 1/2-inch tee creates a three-way branch connection in potable water distribution and hydronic piping installations. The ProPEX connection style requires an expansion tool to enlarge the PEX tubing end and PEX ring before the fitting is inserted, forming a secure, leak-resistant joint as the tubing contracts back to size.
