The UNIWELD uvp1.5-110 is a single-stage vacuum pump designed for evacuation of ductless mini split and other residential refrigeration systems. Rated at 1.5 CFM and powered by a 110-volt AC supply, it pulls deep vacuums required before refrigerant charging on new installations and after service work. The pump measures 3.5 inches wide, 6.375 inches tall, and 10.25 inches deep, making it a compact unit suited for field use. HVAC technicians and refrigeration service pros use it as a dedicated evacuation tool ahead of charging with common HFC and HCFC refrigerants. Metal construction supports durability in regular service conditions.
The uvp1.5-110 is suited for residential and light commercial refrigeration evacuation tasks, particularly ductless mini split system installations and servicing. Its 1.5 CFM displacement rate is appropriate for smaller system volumes. The pump ships with a 1/2-inch ACME connection and a 1/4-inch male flare fitting, covering standard manifold gauge set hookups used in everyday field work. Licensed HVAC technicians performing new installs or post-repair evacuations will find it fits standard workflow requirements.
Compatible with systems charged with R-12, R-134a, R-22, R-401A, R-402A, R-402B, R-404A, R-407A, R-407B, R-407C, R-409A, R-410A, R-500, and R-502 refrigerants. Designed as a general-purpose evacuation pump for ductless mini split and small refrigeration applications.
Vacuum pump installation and system evacuation must be performed by a licensed HVAC technician in accordance with applicable EPA Section 608 requirements. Always isolate and recover any remaining refrigerant before connecting the pump to the system. Connect the pump through a manifold gauge set using the included fittings and verify all connections are leak-free before pulling vacuum. Do not use this pump for refrigerant recovery — it is an evacuation tool only.
