The UNIVIEW nsw2010-24t2gc-poe-in is a 24-port 10/100Mbps PoE network switch designed for IP surveillance and business network deployments. It delivers up to 390W of total PoE power across 24 RJ45 downlink ports, supporting IEEE 802.3af and IEEE 802.3at standards. Two combo 1000Mbps uplink ports provide flexible fiber or copper connectivity. With a switching capacity of 8.8 Gbps and a forwarding rate of 6.55 Mpps, the switch handles high-bandwidth video and data traffic without bottlenecking. The all-metal housing and dual cooling fans make it suitable for rack-mounted deployments in commercial and light-industrial environments. Installation and configuration are handled by licensed network technicians or security integrators.
This switch is engineered for IP camera networks, small-to-medium business LANs, and surveillance systems requiring extended PoE range. The Surveillance mode extends PoE transmission distance up to 250 meters, which is critical for cameras mounted at long cable runs from the IDF or head-end rack. Secure mode isolates downlink ports so they communicate only with uplink ports, reducing lateral network exposure between connected devices. Normal mode allows full port-to-port communication for standard LAN use. These three selectable working modes make the switch adaptable to varying deployment requirements without additional managed switch complexity.

Installation should be performed by a qualified network technician or licensed low-voltage contractor. Power down all connected devices before servicing the switch or making port changes.
