    I bought these bolts which were advertised as bags of 20 . So I bought 3 bags (60 bolts). I received not 3 bags of 20 but 3 actual bolts . When I called customer service they told me that I misunderstood the add . Which is insane because that would mean those little bolts were 20 dollars a piece ? I called again with the same result . However I finally received a total refund ? So it worked out . The gal on the customer service phone was very nice .
