Ugl 773383 is a latex-based masonry waterproofer formulated for interior and exterior masonry surfaces. It is ready-mixed, low-odor, and cleans up with soap and water, providing a breathable film that resists up to 10 pounds of hydrostatic pressure (equivalent to a 22-foot-high wall of water). The coating is tintable, complies with current VOC/VOS requirements, and applies easily with brush or roller for basements, block, stucco, brick, and foundations.
