Product Description

The UGL 27515 Drylok White Latex Masonry Waterproofer is a latex-based coating engineered to stop water infiltration through masonry surfaces. It resists hydrostatic pressure up to 10 psi, equivalent to a water column over 22 feet high. Coverage runs approximately 75 to 125 square feet per gallon, making this 5-gallon unit suitable for mid- to large-scale waterproofing jobs. The low-odor, VOC-compliant formula cleans up with soap and water and can be applied by brush or roller. Licensed contractors and experienced DIYers working on masonry moisture control are the primary installers.

This product is formulated for waterproofing interior and exterior masonry surfaces, both above and below grade. Suitable applications include basements, foundations, retaining walls, cinder block and concrete block walls, stucco, brick, swimming pools, bird baths, fish ponds, and similar masonry structures. The alkali-resistant formula allows application on slightly damp below-grade surfaces, though dry surfaces yield the best results. Removal of chalky efflorescence deposits by surface etching is required prior to application.
