The UGL 20915 is a non-pigmented, clear waterproofing coating formulated for both floor and wall masonry surfaces in interior and exterior applications. It delivers a non-yellowing finish that resists mildew growth through its built-in ISP CleanGuard biocide system, an environmentally safer additive that protects the dry paint film. The coating meets ASTM D-7088 for resistance to hydrostatic pressure at 4 psi and ASTM D-6904 for resistance to wind-driven rain at 98 mph. Supplied in a 5-gallon unit, this product is intended for installation by trade professionals handling concrete, masonry, and waterproofing scopes on residential and commercial projects. It cleans up easily and leaves no pigment behind, making it appropriate where a clear finish is required.
This waterproofer is suited for a wide range of masonry substrates across both new construction and remediation work. Typical applications include waterproofing interior basement walls and floors, exterior poured concrete walls, split-faced block, standard concrete block, cinder block, stone, brick, stucco, and pre-cast decorative concrete items. The clear formulation makes it particularly useful where preserving the natural appearance of the surface is a priority, such as decorative masonry or exposed aggregate floors.
Designed for use on concrete floors, poured concrete walls, split-faced block, concrete block, cinder block, stone, brick, stucco, and pre-cast decorative masonry items in interior and exterior environments.
Application of masonry waterproofers should be performed by qualified contractors familiar with surface preparation requirements for concrete and masonry. The substrate must be clean, structurally sound, and free of efflorescence, oil, and existing coatings that may prevent adhesion. Power down any HVAC or ventilation equipment in enclosed spaces during application to manage fumes, and ensure adequate fresh-air ventilation throughout the work area. Follow all local building codes and manufacturer surface preparation guidelines before applying.
