The UGL 20913 is a non-pigmented, clear masonry waterproofer formulated for both floor and wall surfaces in interior and exterior applications. It penetrates and seals concrete, block, stone, brick, stucco, and similar masonry substrates to resist water intrusion while leaving a non-yellowing finish. The formula incorporates ISP CleanGuard green biocides to inhibit mildew growth on the dry paint film. Performance is tested to ASTM D-7088 for resistance to hydrostatic pressure at 4 psi and ASTM D-6904 for resistance to wind-driven rain at 98 mph. Licensed contractors, waterproofing specialists, and masonry tradespeople are the typical installers.
This waterproofer is suited for residential and light commercial masonry structures where a clear, non-colored finish is required. Appropriate surfaces include poured concrete walls, concrete and cinder block, split-faced block, stone, brick, stucco, and pre-cast decorative items. Its water-based, easy-to-clean formulation makes it practical for occupied or partially finished spaces where odor and cleanup concerns are a factor. Both below-grade and above-grade applications fall within its intended use range.
Designed for use on poured concrete floors and walls, concrete block, cinder block, split-faced block, stone, brick, stucco, and pre-cast decorative masonry items in both interior and exterior environments.
Application is typically performed by masonry contractors or waterproofing tradespeople. Surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of efflorescence, existing coatings, or loose material before application. Follow local building codes and the manufacturer application guidelines regarding surface preparation, temperature range, and cure time before exposure to water. Allow adequate ventilation during application even though the product is water-based.
