The UBIQUITI uvc-g6-bullet-w is an 8-megapixel, 4K resolution outdoor network bullet camera designed for continuous IP surveillance in demanding environments. It captures video at up to 3840 x 2160 at 30 frames per second using a 1/1.8-inch image sensor and a fixed lens with a 109.9-degree horizontal field of view. Night vision extends to 98.43 feet via built-in infrared LEDs with an IR cut-off filter for accurate daytime color. AI-powered analytics including face detection, human detection, and vehicle detection run onboard. The housing is polycarbonate and aluminum alloy, rated IP66 for weatherproofing and IK04 for impact resistance. Installation is handled by licensed low-voltage or security technicians.
This camera is suited for outdoor perimeter and facility surveillance in both residential and commercial applications. It powers over a standard PoE connection, eliminating the need for a separate power run. The bullet form factor supports wall, ceiling, and pole mounting, making it adaptable to a wide range of deployment scenarios. Remote management is supported, allowing configuration and monitoring through compatible network video management software. The built-in microphone provides audio capture alongside video.
Designed for use with Ubiquiti UniFi Protect network video management systems that support PoE-powered UniFi cameras via standard RJ-45 Ethernet connections.
This camera is typically installed by a licensed low-voltage or security technician. Before installation or service, power down the PoE switch port or PoE injector supplying the camera. Mounting hardware should be appropriate for the surface type — wall, ceiling, or pole — and the cable run should meet local structured cabling codes. Do not exceed the specified operating temperature range of -4 degrees F to 122 degrees F.
