The TWECO 3045-1002 is an air-cooled robotic MIG gun body and cable assembly from the QRA series, designed for automated robotic welding applications. Rated at 600 amps, this assembly delivers the current capacity and structural durability required for high-duty-cycle robotic weld cells. At 4 feet in length, it is configured for reach and cable management in robotic arm installations. The assembly includes a precision front case, quick-tube locking mechanism, and both front and rear heavy cable support springs, giving integrators and welding technicians a robust, production-ready unit out of the box.
The 3045-1002 is suited for industrial robotic MIG welding environments where consistent torch positioning and rapid component serviceability are critical. The standard 1.625-inch mounting cartridge sleeve allows integration with common robotic torch mounting interfaces. A Kevlar and nylon outer protective cable cover shields the assembly from weld spatter and mechanical wear in demanding production settings. The included rear connector plug is compatible with Tweco, Miller, and Lincoln power sources, broadening its fitment across common robotic weld cell configurations.
Furnished with a rear connector plug compatible with Tweco, Miller, and Lincoln power sources. Designed for robotic MIG welding systems accepting a standard 1.625-inch mounting cartridge sleeve.
Installation should be performed by a qualified welding technician or robotic systems integrator. De-energize the welding power source and place the robot in a safe, locked-out state before mounting or servicing the gun assembly. Verify that the mounting cartridge sleeve seats fully and that all cable support springs are properly positioned before returning the cell to operation. Confirm E-stop and inch switch wiring connections comply with applicable machine safety standards before commissioning.
