The TWECO 1560-1115 is a brass MIG welding gas diffuser engineered for use with the Tweco Eliminator 600 A MIG gun series and compatible Eliminator front-end consumables. Machined from 360 brass alloy bar stock, this diffuser delivers consistent dimensional stability and reliable electrical conductivity in medium to heavy duty welding applications rated up to 600 A. It accepts wire up to 0.054 inches and features six 0.094-inch gas holes that distribute shielding gas evenly across the weld zone. A silicone O-ring seats the diffuser securely against the nozzle assembly, and the part number is roll-stamped on the exterior for fast identification in the field. Sold as a pack of five.
This gas diffuser is intended for course-thread nozzle assemblies used with Tweco Eliminator MIG guns in medium to heavy duty standard welding environments. The M12 x 1.5-6g external thread is machined to allow nozzle assemblies to thread over and lock in place during the welding process. The threaded conductor tube interface is sized for direct fitment with compatible Tweco MIG gun setups. It is suited for professional welding technicians working in fabrication, structural, and industrial applications where consistent gas coverage and electrical contact are critical at higher amperages.
Designed for use with Tweco Eliminator 600 A MIG gun series and Eliminator front-end consumables requiring course-thread nozzle assemblies. Compatible replacement O-ring is Tweco part number EL52-1 (stock number 1560-1108).
Installation should be performed by a qualified welding technician with the MIG gun fully de-energized and the power source switched off before handling front-end consumables. Thread the diffuser onto the conductor tube by hand first to avoid cross-threading, then snug using appropriate torque — do not overtighten, as brass threads can deform. Inspect the silicone O-ring for damage before reinstalling the nozzle assembly, and replace the O-ring if any cracking or deformation is present to maintain proper gas seal integrity.
