The TWECO 1520-1141 is a gas diffuser designed for use with MIG welding guns rated up to 450 amps. Machined from 360 brass alloy bar stock, it delivers consistent dimensional stability and reliable electrical conductivity across light to medium duty welding cycles. The diffuser measures 2.27 inches in overall length and features four 0.094-inch gas holes for even shielding gas distribution around the weld zone. Thread size is 3/8-24 UNF-2A male. A conduit set screw secures the conduit liner in position. The part number is rolled and stamped on the external surface for quick field identification. Sold in packs of 5.
