The TWECO 1520-1101 is a 14 Series standard-duty brass gas diffuser designed for use with slip-on nozzle assemblies on 250 A MIG welding guns. Machined from 360 brass alloy bar stock, it delivers consistent dimensional stability and reliable electrical conductivity across light to medium duty welding applications. The diffuser measures 1.99 inches in overall length and features a 3/8-inch thread size along with four 0.094-inch gas holes for even shielding gas distribution. A conduit set screw holds the liner in place during operation. Sold in a pack of 5.
