The TWECO 1510-1140 is a standard-duty brass MIG gas diffuser designed for use with slip-on nozzle assemblies and rated up to 200 amps. Machined from 360 brass alloy bar stock, it delivers consistent dimensional stability and reliable electrical conductivity across light to medium duty MIG welding applications. The part number is roll-stamped on the external surface for quick identification in the field. A conduit set screw secures the conduit liner in position, and machined external threads allow nozzle assemblies to thread on and lock in place during the weld cycle. This diffuser is sold in a pack of 5.
This gas diffuser is built for use with the 200 A Tweco Mini-MIG-Gun series and is also compatible with Tweco eliminator front-end consumable systems. It suits light to medium duty shop and field welding in residential fabrication, light manufacturing, and maintenance and repair environments. The threaded conductor tube interface fits standard MIG gun configurations commonly found in these settings. Licensed welding technicians and qualified fabricators handle installation and consumable replacement in compliance with applicable welding safety standards.
Designed for use with 200 A Tweco Mini-MIG-Gun series slip-on nozzle assemblies and Tweco eliminator front-end consumables.
Installation and consumable replacement should be performed by a qualified welder or MIG welding technician. Always disconnect or power down the MIG gun and ensure the wire feeder is disabled before replacing front-end consumables. Thread the nozzle assembly onto the diffuser by hand until snug, and verify the conduit liner is seated and secured by the set screw before resuming welding operations. Follow the gun manufacturer guidelines and applicable AWS safety standards during service.
