The TWECO 1450-1133 is a steel wound conduit liner designed for use with steel welding wire in MIG welding applications. It provides a smooth, reliable feed path for wire through the welding gun cable assembly, reducing friction and minimizing wire feed issues during operation. Built to handle a current range of 500 to 650 amps, this liner is suited for high-amperage production welding environments. At 15 feet in length and sized for 3/32-inch wire, it fits long gun assemblies where consistent wire delivery is critical. Welding technicians and fabricators rely on properly fitted liners to maintain arc stability and reduce downtime from wire feed stoppages.
This liner is intended for use in MIG welding setups requiring a 3/32-inch steel wound liner in a 15-foot length. It is designed for use with TWECO R44 and R45 series liners as well as PULSEMASTER and PullMaster MIG gun assemblies. Typical installations include heavy fabrication shops, structural steel environments, and automated or semi-automated MIG welding cells running steel wire at elevated amperages. Sold individually.
Designed for use with TWECO R44 and R45 series liners as well as PULSEMASTER and PullMaster MIG guns requiring a 3/32-inch steel wound conduit liner.
Installation should be performed by a qualified welding technician or maintenance professional. Disconnect and power down the welding system completely before removing or replacing the conduit liner. Ensure the liner length is trimmed correctly per the gun manufacturer specifications to avoid wire feed irregularities at the contact tip. Do not force the liner through the cable assembly, as this can cause kinking or damage to the wire feed path.
